What It Is
Neutral Ground's Re-Entry Services support individuals transitioning back into the community after incarceration. The program focuses on addressing the real barriers that often make re-entry difficult, including housing, employment, and access to basic resources.
Services are relationship-based and may include case management, job readiness support, housing navigation, and connection to community resources. Staff work alongside participants to build stability while also reinforcing accountability and long-term planning.
The program recognizes that re-entry is not a single moment - it is a process. Neutral Ground provides consistent support during that process to help individuals reduce recidivism risk and build a sustainable path forward.
Who It Serves
Returning community members - individuals transitioning back after incarceration.
What Support Looks Like
Participants receive individualized case management that addresses the specific barriers they face. This may include job readiness coaching, resume support, housing navigation, connection to behavioral health services, and ongoing check-ins to ensure stability. Staff build trust-based relationships with participants and walk alongside them through the transition process, reinforcing both accountability and long-term goal-setting.
