What It Is
The Neutral Ground Boxing Club provides youth ages 11-24 with a structured, high-engagement environment that blends physical training with mentorship and life skills development.
For many participants, the gym becomes more than a place to train - it becomes a consistent, safe space where they can release stress, build discipline, and develop a sense of belonging. Coaches and staff work closely with youth to reinforce accountability, goal-setting, and self-regulation.
The program is especially effective for youth who struggle in traditional environments or need an outlet for anger, anxiety, or stress. Training is paired with mentorship and guidance, helping participants build both physical and emotional strength.
The outcome is not just improved fitness - it's increased confidence, stronger identity, and healthier ways of managing pressure and conflict.
