Common Questions

Fast answers to
frequent questions.

How do I refer a young person to your programs?

Use the contact form above and select "Refer a youth or family." Our Program Director Samuel will follow up within 24 hours. Self-referrals from young people and families are always welcome — no formal process required.

Does NG serve adults, or only youth?

Both. While our prevention programs focus on youth ages 11–24, our Re-Entry Services support returning citizens of any age. Case Management and family services support the whole family unit, regardless of age.

We're a school. How do we bring NG to our campus?

Contact Bree or reach out through the form (select "School district partnership"). We currently serve schools in SAUSD, AUHSD, FUSD, Orange Unified, and TUSD. We're always exploring new campus partnerships.

Is NG a 501(c)(3)?

Yes. Neutral Ground Youth & Family Services is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. EIN is available upon request for institutional donors.

Do you offer services in Spanish?

Yes. NG is deeply rooted in Orange County's Latino and Chicano community. Several staff members are bilingual (English/Spanish), and we strive to make all services accessible to Spanish-speaking families and individuals.

I'm a reporter. Who handles media inquiries?

Media inquiries should go directly to Nati Alvarado, our CEO and Founder. Use the contact form (select "Media / press inquiry") or email nati.alvarado@ngservices.org. We're happy to connect reporters with our story and our community.
