NG partners with Cal State Fullerton's Human Services department to host 120-hour internship placements. We're building the next generation of community-based practitioners — people from these neighborhoods who will serve these neighborhoods.

who needs support?
Referrals come from schools, probation, families, community members, and young people themselves. There's no wrong door. If someone needs what we offer, reach out — we'll figure out the fit together.
Teachers, counselors, and administrators can refer students to school site programs or case management.
We partner with OC Probation for diversion referrals and re-entry transition services for justice-involved youth and adults.
You don't need a formal referral. Families can reach out directly, and we'll connect them with the right program.
